Virucidal according to EN 14476:2019 (Vaccinia Ankara) (limited virucidal activity = effective against enveloped viruses such as SARS-CoV-2)

Bactericidal according to EN 1276 and EN 13727 (Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus hirae, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa)

Application of Cinta Sept in 2-bath disinfecting cleaning procedure

1st bath:

• Fill up from working tank to low level, 1:3
• Dosage of 4 ml Cinta Sept per liter of solvent in the 1st bath
• 5 min cleaning time in the pump circuit
• Drain the bath to distillation, extract 1 min to distillation

2nd bath:

• Fill up from the working tank (drain work tank) and topping up solvent from the clean tank to high level, 1:5
• 3 – 5 min filter cycle
• Dosing of the dry cleaning detergent after the filter circuit with 0.75% of machine capacity
• Continue cleaning in the same liquor for 3 more minutes in pump circuit
• Drain to the working tank 90 s, extract to the working tank 3 – 5 min
• Drying

Cinta Sept can be added via automatic pump (recommended) or manually via the button trap.

In closed canisters Cinta Sept has a minimum shelf life of 3 years from date of production.

The product is not sensitive to frost, but becomes more viscous at low temperatures. For correct dosing with dosing devices, it should be tempered to + 15 ° C/59 °F before use.
