Base concentration
1.5 - 3.0 ml of CLIP CONC ASEPT per litre (0.19 – 0.38 ozfl of CLIP CONC ASEPT per gal) of solvent in work tank and filter.
 
Topping-up:    
2-bath process
With at least 50 % solvent exchange (1-bath to distillation)
Dosage 2nd. bath → 75 ml of CLIP CONC ASEPT per 10 kg (2.5 ozfl of CLIP CONC ASEPT per 22 lbs) of machine capacity.

1st-bath process
With at least 25 % solvent exchange (Extraction to distillation)
→ 50 ml of CLIP CONC ASEPT per 10 kg (1.7 ozfl of CLIP CONC ASEPT per 22 lbs) of machine capacity.

In closed containers the product can be stored for at least 24 months.

Even though CLIP CONC ASEPT is indifferent to frost, the product may become viscous at low temperatures. To achieve correct dosage with dosing equipment, allow CLIP CONC ASEPT to reach a temperature of + 15 °C (59 °F) before use. After each use, close packaging tightly.
